Are you looking for an exciting and active job for one of the most famous tasting cellars in the US? If so, we are now hiring Hospitality Assistants to join our team! This role is a mix of both front and back of house tasks. You would be working with a tight-knit team responsible for opening and closing duties, setting and bussing tables, washing and polishing glassware, restocking restrooms, and keeping bars stocked with wine. You will also be assisting our wine stewards in providing excellent service to guests by packing orders and delivering sealed charcuterie boxes and water to tables.

We have part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:
- Opening and Closing of all tables. Outside tables get uncovered and covered every morning and night.

-Pre-setting tables for tastings, bussing tables and re-setting throughout the day

-Restocking wines available to sell on shelves, packing orders as needed

-Bringing out Cheese Boxes to tables as requested

-Restocking all bathrooms with supplies throughout the day

-Communicating on a walkie talkie and wearing an earpiece all day

-Polishing wine glasses, water glasses and filling water bottles as needed

-Walking out to close the gate

-working with a team to get things done, and help with the flow of the day to be smooth

-use of Reservations system TOCK on ipads

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, bend and squat. Lift 50lbs repeatedly.

-Must be able to work weekends
