Job Description:
The Continental Wine Collection is seeking a Harvest Enologist to join our winemaking team for the 2026 Harvest season. This position will collaborate closely with the winemaking team to assist in all aspects of production. Our team is passionate about winemaking with widely varied experience and is eager to teach the craft to the next generation of wine professionals.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Sampling for Brix and Temps
• Vineyard sampling to aid in picking decisions
• Inoculations and additions
• Assist with pumpovers and punchdowns.
• Crushpad additions.
• Data management and Entry.

Qualifications/requirements:
• In pursuit of a career in Winemaking
• Coursework in Enology, Fermentation Science, Chemistry, or related field desired
• Strong arithmetic and computation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely, be detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 12 hours a day.
• The position involves climbing ladders and stairs, kneeling, squatting, and pulling frequently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
Work Environment: Duties will be performed in temperature extremes, in all weather conditions. The work will be conducted both indoors and outdoors.
