$18.00-$22.00

Job Description:
The Continental Wine Collection is seeking multiple candidates to join us as Harvest Cellar hands for the 2026 Harvest season. These positions will collaborate closely with the winemaking team to assist in all aspects of wine production. Our team is passionate about winemaking with widely varied experience and is eager to teach the craft to the next generation of wine professionals.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare tanks, hoses, fittings, and equipment.
• Abide by safety, sanitation, and cellar SOPs.
• Follow work orders carefully to complete assigned cellar tasks as directed by the Cellar Master.
• Operate a forklift as needed. (After pre-harvest forklift certification)
• Pumpovers AM and PM.
• Perform juice, wine, and pomace movements/additions using various types of equipment
Other Information:
Qualifications/requirements:
• Previous wine production experience desired
• Ability to work efficiently, safely, and be detail-oriented
• Must be able to communicate in English proficiently
• Reliable Transportation to and from work.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 12 hours a day during harvest.
• The position involves climbing ladders and stairs, kneeling, squatting, and pulling frequently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
Work Environment: Duties will be performed in temperature extremes, in all weather conditions. The work will be conducted both indoors and outdoors.
