Pacific Coast Farming is hiring multiple Harvest Sugar Samplers/Lab Assistants for Harvest 2026! Pacific Coast Farming is the premier vineyard management company based in the Edna Valley, CA. We manage properties in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, from the Sta. Rita Hills to San Miguel. Each site produces a different growing approach and new learning opportunities, especially with over 30 different varieties planted as of 2026. Our vineyard practices are rooted in sustainability, with many SIP Certified ranches, and many ranches transitioning into organic/regenerative farming approaches as well.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collection of cluster samples with an ATV
- Lab analysis of Brix, pH, and TA of crushed samples
- Daily setup/cleanup of the lab
- Scouting for vineyard pests/diseases
- Any other vineyard tasks requested by the Vineyard Managers.
Other Information:
No prior experience is necessary; we will train you! We are looking for motivated students with a passion for wine and viticulture. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, along with internship credit. We are flexible with school schedules.
Positions run from Mid-August to Early November, but this is subject to change depending on the growing season. Please email your resume and a brief explanation of why you are interested in joining us for harvest.
