Boutique family-owned winery focused on producing small-lot, site-driven wines from some of the most respected vineyard sites in Santa Barbara County. Our wines highlight the character of these coastal vineyards, with a focus on balance, elegance, and a true sense of place.

Our newly planted estate vineyard in SLO Coast AVA, Los Osos Valley marks an exciting new chapter as we begin farming and crafting wines from our own site. Our Los Osos tasting room offers a perfect opportunity to highlight our new vineyard as we have become a vibrant local hub where great wines meet great energy. Live music, DJs, and a warm community vibe welcomes you!

Love wine? Love people? Love working with a team that has fun together? Deovlet Wines is looking for a Tasting Room Teammate to join our small but mighty crew in Los Osos. As the only wine tasting room in town, we get to be a gathering place for locals and visitors alike - and we take pride in making every guest feel welcome, curious, and excited about wine.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, hospitality, and learning about wine. Some wine knowledge is great, but we're happy to train the right person who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a great attitude.
What You'll Do:
- Host engaging and memorable wine tastings for guests
- Share the story and wines of Deovlet with warmth and authenticity
- Guide guests through tastings/glasses and help them discover wines they love
- Process wine sales and promote wine club sign-ups
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming tasting room environment
- Assist with opening/closing duties and general tasting room operations
- Support events including live music and DJ nights throughout the week, which are a big part of our community vibe
- Work collaboratively with out fun and supportive team

MUST:
- 21+ years old
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (cases of wine happen!)
- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
