Under the stewardship of Betty O’Shaughnessy Woolls and Paul Woolls for more than twenty-five years, O’Shaughnessy Estate Winery and Progeny Winery are esteemed producers of ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa Valley. Estate vineyards in the Howell Mountain, Mount Veeder, and Oakville AVAs yield a portfolio of powerful, elegant wines with great aging potential. To showcase the unique terroir of each vineyard, founding winemaker Sean Capiaux employs state-of-the-art processing equipment, native fermentation, phenolic monitoring, and innovative cap management strategies.

Job Description:
Harvest interns will have the opportunity to assist our small, experienced team with all aspects of vinification for 20 different grape varieties. This includes but is not limited to maturity monitoring in the vineyard, fruit processing, fermentation management, barrel work, sanitation, data entry, and occasional lab analysis. Interns will have the chance to work at both sites and start date will be dependent upon the growing season.
We are looking for self-motivated candidates who are passionate about wine, prioritize safety, and are willing to learn. Strong communication skills, work ethic, and attention to detail are essential. Must be willing to work long hours with limited days off. Prior harvest experience and familiarity with InnoVint are a plus but not required.
